Additionally, you will assist students in developing and implementing effective job search plans, covering aspects such as resume building, cover letter writing, and interview preparation. In this role, you will be tasked with administering and interpreting career assessments to offer clients valuable insights into their strengths, personality traits, and suitable career options. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends, labor market information, and emerging job opportunities to provide clients with well-informed advice. Flexibility in traveling extensively as per project requirements is expected, including working a 6-day week during travel weeks and visiting schools and communities across assigned regions. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering workshops, webinars, or seminars on various career-related topics, including networking, job search strategies, and professional development. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with privacy regulations is a crucial aspect of this role. Collaboration with team members and external partners to deliver comprehensive career support services is essential to ensure a holistic approach to career counseling. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Human Resources (a Master's degree is preferred). A minimum of 1-7 years of experience in career counseling or related roles is required, with a proven track record of helping clients achieve their career goals. Experience in assisting students in preparing for overseas education will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of career development theories, job search strategies, and employment trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients. Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources, as well as familiarity with relevant software and technology (including Microsoft Office Suite and career management platforms), is expected. Certification in career counseling or a related field, such as National Certified Counselor or Certified Career Development Facilitator, will be a plus.,
