You need to be a HODLer of these Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and minimal conflicts. Manage interview schedules and inform all parties (candidates, hiring managers, interviewers) of relevant details (times, locations, virtual links). Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing interview details and ensuring a positive experience. Assist with job posting coordination, application reviews, and connecting candidates with interviewers . Prepare interview participants by sending reminders and confirming details . Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and candidate communications in the ATS. Send confirmation emails to candidates and gather feedback after interviews Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including candidate sourcing and onboarding. You will be mining through these tasks High school diploma required; bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or HR functions preferred. Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
