As a Technical Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to write and post technical job descriptions to attract potential candidates. You will be sourcing candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github, and parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes effectively. Conducting pre-screening calls to analyze applicants" abilities will also be a part of your role. In addition, you will be responsible for interviewing candidates using various methods like structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions. Collaboration with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs will be essential. Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates, as well as participating in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals, are also key aspects of this position. You will be involved in composing job offer letters, onboarding new hires, and promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work. Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements will be part of your regular tasks.
