You will be responsible for monitoring patients" conditions, assessing their needs, and providing optimal care. It will be your duty to observe and interpret patient symptoms, reporting critical changes to physicians. Collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams to devise personalized care plans will be a key aspect of your role. You will be expected to perform routine procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, injections, IV therapy, and dressing wounds. Administration of medications and treatments as per physicians" instructions will also fall under your responsibilities. It will be necessary for you to provide emergency medical care and first aid as required. Additionally, assisting surgeons and medical teams during procedures and operations will be part of your duties. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols will be crucial. Educating patients and their families on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments will also be an essential part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a GNM qualification. This is a full-time job with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule will be during day shifts, and you may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality will be preferred. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi languages is necessary. The work location for this position is in-person.,
