As a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier service to our clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining a high level of service through pre-emptive incident resolution, product reviews, operational improvements, and quality assurance practices. Your primary objective will be to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met without any misses. You will handle tickets of high complexity, tackle advanced tasks, and provide solutions to a diverse range of complex technical issues. Your role will involve utilizing your judgment, independent analysis, and deep technical knowledge within defined policies to achieve desired client outcomes. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior team members across functions. In this position, you will focus on two or more technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. Additionally, you may contribute to project work when necessary. Your responsibilities will include in-depth troubleshooting, backup and restore policy implementation, monitoring, scripting for automation, collaboration with clients, team management, server hardware maintenance, log interpretation for root cause analysis, Linux server management in virtualized environments, security policy implementation, security audits, vulnerability assessments, automation skills using scripting, access controls management, and ensuring authentication mechanisms in collaboration with clients.
