As a Graphic Designer specializing in Print & Event Branding at Altitude Events, an Event Management Company based in Bhubaneswar, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs for various events. With at least 13 years of experience, preferably in the event/advertising/print industry, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of creatives such as event branding, stage backdrops, standees, banners, invites, brochures, and social media creatives, among others. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with event managers to ensure that the designs are delivered in a timely manner, developing visual concepts that align with client/event requirements, and editing and retouching photos for print or digital use when necessary. You will also be expected to have proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, along with a basic knowledge of print setup and color formats like CMYK, DPI, and bleed. Having an understanding of event setups and branding placements will be considered a plus, while additional skills such as knowledge of Canva or Adobe InDesign, basic video editing or animation skills, and experience in handling printer-ready files and liaising with vendors will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this role should be creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the flexibility to work during event peak days. A team player with a collaborative mindset, you should be able to interpret briefs effectively and translate them into visually appealing designs.
