Seeking a highly skilled Analog IP Design Lead to join the TATA Electronics Business Unit. The successful candidate will work on a variety of exciting products and foundry enablement while ensuring 100% quality and efficiency with a quick time-to-market mindset. This role involves close collaboration with internal IP design, TD, PDK, Layout, test, and product engineering teams. Responsibilities include working on customer requirements, architecture, circuit design, simulations, verification, and all aspects of memory design such as amplifiers, multi read/write decoders, and more. Functional Requirements: - MTech in Electrical (VLSI, Microelectronics) from a reputed university with 10-15 years of experience in the field. - Candidates with Analog IP design experience in areas such as charge pumps, comparators, amplifiers, linear regulators, and more are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in transistor level design and system implementation of various building blocks. - Ability to design, develop, and deliver high-quality IP collaterals. - Knowledge of designing IPs like GPIO, PLL, LDO, Oscillators, DC-DC Buck, ADC/DAC, and more is a plus. - Advantageous to have experience in designing DC-DC Buck/Boost, SerDes, DDR, and other IPs. What You Will Be Doing: - Supervising overall Analog IP development, architecture development, and finalizing circuit topology. - Hands-on design of complex IPs and interfacing with various engineering teams. - Participating in technical discussions, drafting documents, and conducting peer reviews. - Guiding layout of circuit blocks, driving IP architecture, and interfacing with customers. - Running simulations, supporting test development, and ensuring successful production. Qualifications: - Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics. - 10-15 years of experience in Analog Circuit Design, Simulation, and Verification. - Strong understanding of IC processing in various nanometer technologies. - Proficiency in Analog Design EDA tools, simulation suites, layout considerations, and IP collateral generation.
