Genomic Resolve Research Centre is inviting applications from highly motivated life science students or recent graduates for an internship focused on molecular cloning techniques and immunological assays. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical lab experience and enhance your technical skills.

This training charges for the internships is applicable and offers the opportunity to work in a real-world lab environment under the guidance of experienced researchers and charges for the internship is applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

B.Sc. / M.Sc. / PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, B. pharm, M. Pharm or related fields (Also open to final-year students & fresh graduates)

Key Areas Covered:

Comprehensive hands-on training will be provided on all lab techniques and protocols.

Molecular Cloning Techniques:

• Primer design and PCR amplification
• Restriction digestion and ligation
• Bacterial transformation and colony screening
• Plasmid isolation
• Gel electrophoresis and DNA quantification
• Vector and insert design using bioinformatics tools

Immunological Techniques:

• ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay)
