• Working with biosafety cabinets, CO incubators, and inverted microscopes

Molecular Biology Techniques

• DNA/RNA extraction from various samples
• Gel electrophoresis and quantification
• PCR setup and optimization
• Plasmid isolation and restriction digestion
• Buffer and reagent preparation
