We’re looking for a Client Servicing Intern who’s curious, organized, and passionate about understanding brands and driving great work.

Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Intern, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and timely project delivery. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized across digital platforms.

This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience over 6 months, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time Client Servicing role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day communication with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams — creative, design, strategy, and performance — to ensure deliverables are on brief and on time.
• Help prepare campaign plans, reports, and presentation decks.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and feedback logs.
• Support in brainstorming ideas and preparing briefs for new campaigns.
• Participate in client calls and status meetings to understand project expectations and progress.
• Research competitor activities and industry trends to add value to client strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, etc.) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Chennai
• Stipend: 5000/month
• Post-Internship Opportunity: Eligible for full-time employment based on performance and mutual fit

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
