As the Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, managing, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure enterprise environments. Your role will involve designing and implementing Windows system architecture within cloud environments, ensuring the building, tuning, and maintenance of server standards in an enterprise setting. You will also be in charge of developing and upholding policies, procedures, and training plans for cloud administration and ensuring appropriate use. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the enterprise automation platform to drive Infrastructure as Code through Ansible and Terraform tooling. Additionally, you will interact with Active Directory in relation to enterprise applications and systems, as well as identify and troubleshoot server performance issues using relevant administration tools and utilities. Collaboration with architecture and engineering teams, particularly Network and Storage, will be essential to implement, design, and execute implementation/configuration changes. You will establish and maintain regular communication with executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, Service Desk, and end-users regarding pertinent infrastructure activities. Adhering to industry best practices for cloud technologies is crucial in this role. You will manage and maintain Azure and Oracle tenants in terms of licensing, compliance, portal management, and global administration. Furthermore, you will oversee the service delivery of our Cloud operations managed service provider(s) and be prepared to undertake any other duties as assigned. Preferred Skills And Experience: - Thorough working knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 - Sound understanding of Internet/Intranet technologies, including security features - Proficiency in network infrastructure and operations, encompassing switching, routing, Ethernet, and TCP/IP - Familiarity with remote access technology,
