Responsible for weekly interlock with CFTs Drive quality preventive maintenance at the locations (BTS & CPE end) Drive NOC team for AT, PM and periodic interlock with GSMC NOC team for KPI improvement and SR reduction To ensure tools & testers are up to date & available to the circles To ensure Safety compliance & mental wellness To track bottom performers in the team every month Align training & Coaching sessions with B2B head and Lead Assurance Responsible for field KPI Correction (RSSI,CRC,Spped & Duplex,Interference) Responsible for NMS visibility of all deployed devices in field Strong Cordination with various stakeholders-OEM,SAM ,NOC,Mobility,MW,TOCO Team Responsible to cordinate with TOCO partner to reduce TOCO related issues Responsible for new product POCs for SR reduction & SLA improvement Preferred candidate profile Mandatory: Hands-on experience in operation and management of UBR/IWAN technology. Operation support experience on Radwin, Cambium, HFCL, MAKSAT UBR & Switches. Knowledge of MPLS and internet technology. As an Individual contributor, accountable for respective deliverables area. Ensure full awareness of the need of customer information To share technical knowledge with in the team and participate in cross skilling activities. Excellent problem solving skills
