As a Computer Operator Executive, you will be responsible for managing all computer operator activities, including Microsoft Office, Internet browsing, mailing, and data entry. Your primary duties will involve handling the maintenance and operation of our computer systems, setting controls on computers and devices, responding to errors, and maintaining job run records. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and privacy of the system for our clients. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work well in high-pressure situations, and great written and verbal communication abilities. The ideal candidate should also have the willingness to learn technical skills required to manage our computer system, including the use of network monitoring software. The required skills for this position include being well-versed in data processing, possessing good communication skills, being confident, having experience in problem-solving, understanding computer networks, and having documentation and equipment maintenance skills.
