Responsibilities The Centre Manager would be responsible to manage the 100+ seater coworking centres in Thane. Responsible for managing P&L of the coworking centres Conduct tour of the space with potential clients, sending proposals, followups, sales & post-sales relationship management Manage a team of housekeeping & office support staff to maintain the clients experience and upkeep of the spaces Troubleshoot client issues within the timeline Timely communication of invoices, payment intimation, followups & updation Managing membership renewals and agreements Maintain a healthy relationship with the building management & staff, resolving any issues pertaining to the building infrastructure Manage vendor relationships, AMCs and consumables Maintain & Update reports on infrastructure Strive to maximize the revenue and optimize operational costs Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality industry Upto 3 years of work experience, preferably in Hospitality/Coworking/Real Estate industry Strong verbal communication skills and email writing skills Excellent Interpersonal and Networking skills Strong Analytical skills, Reasoning skills and Negotiation skills Good understanding of Trade-offs and Problem-Solving. Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask projects from start to finish. In this role, you will collaborate with the Finance, Delivery, and Sales teams to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and maximization of revenue. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and implement the revenue assurance framework across digital flows, product subscriptions, fees, and commissions. - Identify and address revenue leakages in billing, invoicing, and settlement processes. - Oversee the end-to-end revenue reconciliation process between transactional systems and accounting software. - Collaborate with delivery teams to validate logic and configurations for accurate monetization. - Ensure compliance with Ind-AS and assist in implementing revenue recognition best practices. - Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments of revenue systems and flows. - Establish and mentor a small, agile team with a focus on analytical and operational excellence. Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting; CA/MBA is a strong advantage. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue assurance, internet operations, or internal audit. - Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Zoho/Oracle). - Proficient in financial controls, reconciliations, and data validation. - Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills.
