You will be responsible for effectively and creatively communicating Mousers overall value to customers. Your main focus will be to increase sales from existing assigned customer accounts by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key decision makers. You will collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Management to deepen penetration into shared Customer Development accounts. It is essential to interact professionally with others and establish effective business relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures. You should be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels. Your ability to convert prospects into customers and close sales while meeting established sales goals is crucial. In this role, you will be required to follow up on customer requests for quotation, rely on your experience and judgment to accomplish goals, and perform a variety of complex tasks. Planning and analyzing the impact of decisions before execution is a key aspect of this position. Furthermore, expanding product knowledge through various sources and maintaining detailed and thorough work habits, including documentation, are important. Basic calculations and mathematical figures will be part of your responsibilities. It is necessary to have proficiency in Internet E-Commerce and be familiar with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
