Greeting of the day ! Company Name-Waaree Energies Ltd Role- Expert Manager Experience - 6 Years Location -Mumbai Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development through Experts Build and expand the Expert network across India, covering urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. Drive solar sales leads and conversions through the Expert ecosystem. Ensure Experts contribute a defined percentage of overall retail business. 2. Expert Onboarding & Engagement Design and execute an onboarding process for new Experts. Create attractive earning models, incentive structures, and loyalty programs to drive Expert participation. Develop regional/segment-wise strategies for increasing Expert activity and billing. 3. Capability Building Conduct regular training sessions (product knowledge, sales pitch, digital tools, customer engagement). Provide marketing collaterals, technical know-how, and digital enablement to Experts. Empower Experts with financing, subsidy, and policy knowledge to strengthen their sales capabilities. 4. Digital & Process Enablement Build and manage a dedicated digital platform/app for Experts to register, track leads, monitor incentives, and access knowledge resources. Use analytics to measure Expert productivity, lead conversion ratio, and customer satisfaction. 5. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Collaborate with system integrators, distributors, and installers to provide execution support for Expert-generated leads. Partner with financial institutions to offer attractive consumer financing schemes through Experts. 6. Performance Management Set clear KPIs: expert registrations, active Experts, lead-to-order conversion, business contribution, repeat business. Monitor performance region-wise and implement corrective actions. Prepare periodic MIS/reports for management. 7. Brand Building Position Waaree as the most trusted solar brand among influencers and community advisors. Organize Expert meets, recognition events, and success story campaigns. Key Deliverables 10x growth in active Expert base within 1218 months. Minimum % contribution of Experts to monthly sales (to be defined by business target). High engagement score (70% Experts remain active monthly). Reduced lead-to-order cycle time through structured processes. Establishment of Waaree Expert Program as the largest influencer-led sales ecosystem in the Indian solar market . Qualifications & Experience MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management. 58 years of experience in channel management / influencer management / B2C retail ecosystem , preferably in solar, renewable energy, consumer durables, or telecom/fintech sectors. Proven track record of scaling a partner-driven or influencer-driven sales channel . Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and stakeholder management. Expertise in channel partner/influencer management. Understanding of solar products, distributed energy solutions, and subsidy/financing landscape. Strong digital mindset experience with apps, CRMs, and digital engagement tools. Excellent communication, training, and motivational skills. Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for renewable energy.
