International Voice/Non Voice Process

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice / Non-Voice Process in Bangalore. The role involves handling customer interactions for international clients through calls, emails, or chat, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesVoice Process

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK/Australia)
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions
• Follow communication and quality standards
• Update customer details in CRM systems

Non-Voice Process

• Respond to customer queries via email and live chat
• Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity levels
• Adhere to process guidelines and SLAs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹375,000.00 per year
