For a Leading BPO in Bangalore Roles- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • UK Shift
  • Using assigned software and tools to manage customer interactions and data
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Providing information about products
  • Answering customer questions
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Troubleshooting problems and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate department
   Location: Brookfield, Bangalore  Shift: UK Shift  Take-Home Salary:  Freshers 23,000/month  Experienced 27,000/month  Plus, enjoy a Free Two-Way pick & Drop for a stress-free commute!  Work Schedule:  5 Days Working & 2 Rotational Offs  Who Can Apply  PUC & Above  Fluent English Communication  Freshers & Candidates with International Voice Experience are highly encouraged to apply!   Please email your resume to
