Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Neutral or understandable accent.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
Customer-focused attitude and patience.

Qualifications

Any graduate or undergraduate (depending on company requirements).
Freshers can apply; prior customer service experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience in BPO/Call Center environment.
Ability to handle challenging customer situations.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
