International Voice Process | Night Shift

About Us : Sygnius Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Web Development and Digital Marketing company based in India, catering to a global clientele. We are expanding our international voice process team and are looking for skilled professionals to be a part of our growing success.

We’re looking for energetic and driven individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in International BPO (Voice Process), to join our team as Business Development Associates (BDA).

Key Responsibilities :

• Reach out to potential international customers and build rapport through phone conversations.
• Learn about our products and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Handle outbound calls with customers, assisting with inquiries and transferring calls as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Education : 12th Pass
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO voice process.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
