Job Description

Process: Blended Voice Process

Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates
Requirement: Excellent English Communication
Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts including Night Shift
Working: 5 Days a Week & 9.5 working hour

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Understand customer requirements and respond professionally.
Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and transactions.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance parameters.
Be comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts
Excellent English communication skills
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
