International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls for US/UK clients in an international voice process.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Document call details and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Eligibility & Skills

  • 15 years of experience in International Voice Process (US/UK mandatory).

  • Excellent spoken English with neutral or international accent.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and call handling systems.
  • Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
