Job Description

You will be responsible for handling outbound calls in US/UK/Aus (Telecom or any Sales Domain) with a minimum of 6 months of experience on paper. Your primary role will be to communicate effectively in English and engage with customers to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to customers in US/UK/Aus - Achieve sales targets within the specified time frame - Maintain a high level of communication standards in English - Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions - Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications Required: - Experience in outbound US/UK/Aus calls with a minimum of 6 months on paper - Excellent communication skills in English - Age between 18 to 36 years The company offers a competitive salary package based on experience: - Fresher: Up to 2.80 LPA - Experienced: Up to 3.80 LPA - Huge incentive structure Other benefits include: - Provident Fund & ESIC post-completion of Probation period - Attendance Bonus - Traveling Allowance - Shift Allowance - Training Reimbursement (One time during employment) - I.J.P. & R&R - Performance Incentives This is a full-time job with night shift, UK shift, and US shift schedules available.
