Job Description:

We are hiring for an International BPO - International Sales (Blended Process - Chat + Voice). This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with International BPO experience who want to build a career in International Sales.

You will be handling international customers via Chat & Voice for products like Domain Registration, Web Hosting, and Digital Marketing Tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate

- Experience: Minimum 6 Months in International BPO - MANDATORY

- Communication: Excellent English Communication Skills is a MUST (Dealbreaker)

- Comfortable with a blended process (50% Chat + 50% Voice)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle international customers via Chat and Voice support

- Promote and sell company products and services

- Upsell and cross-sell web solutions to existing customers

- Explain products like:

- Domain Name Registration

- Web Hosting & Website Building Services

- Business Email Hosting

- SSL Certificates & Website Security

- Digital Marketing Tools

- Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

- Maintain professional communication and build customer relationships

Shift & Working Days:

- Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

- Working Days: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Week-Offs
