Position: Customer Sales Representative (International Sales)
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
CTC: ₹3LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Sales Representatives for our International (US) Sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to engage with international customers while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales interactions with international (US) customers through voice support.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch products/services.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 months of International Sales experience in an International BPO is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also be considered.
• HSC Pass or Graduate (Graduation is not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• Comfortable working in permanent US Night Shifts.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
