International Process/Customer Support/Analyst/Fresher

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Graduates in any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, 3 years diploma)
• Ability to work night shifts and 5 days a week
• Prior experience in customer support is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and calls promptly and professionally
• Assist US-based team and customers with their concerns and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering customer support
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
• Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
