🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle International Patient Queries

Act as the first point of contact, offering accurate, compassionate guidance to international patients.

Maintain Confidential Patient Records

Keep records organized, updated, and strictly confidential.

Patient Counseling & Conversion

Assist walk-ins and prospective patients, understand their needs, and guide them toward appropriate procedures.

Coordinate with Hospitals & Specialists

Ensure a seamless healthcare experience by liaising with doctors and hospital teams.

✅ Excellent communication in Bengali and English

✅ Bachelor’s degree (BDS, MBBS, MHA)

✅ Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in healthcare, sales, or marketing
