As a Senior Manager/AGM - Global Pharmacy campaigns/OTC/Digital & Commercial Excellence, you will play a crucial role in leading the commercial strategy and execution for the global Pharmacy Over-The-Counter (OTC) portfolio. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies targeting the "Ready-Steady Farmer" channel in selected high-potential markets. You will drive the digital transformation roadmap for the OTC division, enhancing digital engagement, content, and data analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies targeting the "Ready-Steady Farmer" channel. - Drive the digital transformation roadmap for the OTC division to enhance digital engagement, content, and data analytics capabilities. - Manage the global P&L for the assigned OTC portfolio to ensure delivery against revenue and margin targets. - Utilize advanced analytics and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing, and inform strategic decisions. - Act as the central strategic hub, coordinating with General Managers and commercial teams in core markets. - Require frequent international travel to key markets to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence. Qualifications: - Experience: 8-14 years in the Pharmaceutical/OTC/FMCG sector with significant Global/International experience. - Expertise: Proven track record in driving commercial success through digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics. Deep understanding of pharmacy/retail channel dynamics. - Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, strong internal stakeholder management skills, willingness to undertake heavy international travel. MBA is highly preferred.,
