Division Academic & Training Department/Section Nautical Position Title Female Warden - In House Reports Directly to: HODs Reports Indirectly to HOI & Head - Admin Location Greater Noida Job Position Summary: Provide an overview of the primary purpose and function of this job. The Female Warden is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and disciplined environment within the female hostel premises. She ensures that hostel rules are followed, student welfare is promoted, and living conditions support academic success and personal development. The role involves close coordination with administration, parents, and students. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day operations of the female hostel, including student entry/exit, room allocations, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with hostel rules, especially regarding attendance, discipline, curfews, and safety protocols Maintain records of resident students, including personal details, attendance, complaints, and incident reports. Monitor the health and well-being of students; respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical professionals as needed. Act as the first point of contact for resolving student grievances related to hostel life. Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure proper upkeep of hostel facilities. Assist during admission, orientation, and other institutional events involving student accommodations. Maintain a log of all visitors and enforce security checks in coordination with security staff. Promote a culture of mutual respect, personal hygiene, and cooperation among residents. Participate in periodic audits and inspections conducted by the administration or external bodies. Support institution's efforts in student welfare, discipline, and pastoral care. Remain on duty during assigned night shifts and on weekends as required. Perform any additional duties assigned by HOI. You are required to be physically present on campus to conduct morning physical training (PT) sessions and oversee all scheduled fall-ins. Submit a bi-weekly report to the Head of the Institution (HOI) summarig activities, attendance, and observations. Relationship (mostly Internal and or External) and Nature of Communication: INTERNAL : Students, Hostel staff EXTERNAL: Parents/guardians, Security vendors Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field). Prior experience in student counselling or hostel management (minimum 2 years preferred). Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and crisis management. Female candidates only (as per residential duty norms, if applicable). Fluent in English and Hindi; ability to handle student issues with empathy and firmness. Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic yet authoritative approach to student supervision. Ability to manage conflict and handle emergencies calmly. Title Accounts Executive - Payable Job Position Summary Provide an overview of the primary purpose and function of this job.The Accounts Executive Payables is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments, while maintaining compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and accounting standards. Key Roles and Responsibilities Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims in a timely manner. Match purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoices to ensure accuracy and approval compliance. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies through effective communication. Initiate and execute payments via cheques, NEFT, RTGS, and other online banking modes. Maintain organized and accurate records of payables, contracts, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements including, GST, TDS, and assist in related filings. Coordinate with Procurement, Crew Recruitment, and other internal teams to resolve payables queries. Assist in monthly closure of books by reconciling accounts payable sub-ledger with general ledger.
