Vendor Management & Negotiation Managed comprehensive pre-shipment documentation for customs purposes. Prepared and couriered all post-shipment documentation to consignees. Finalized customs checklists and Bill of Lading drafts for various shipments. Oversee the entire international order cycle, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, production, warehousing) to ensure seamless flow of goods and information. Manage and track international shipments, proactively addressing any delays, disruptions, or issues. Prepared Proforma Invoices and other critical commercial documents.
