Job Description: As a Customer Support Executive at our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international customers. Your role will involve handling customer queries and concerns with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries and issues - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalation of complex cases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills at C1 level are mandatory - Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible for this position - Minimum 1 year of international Customer Support experience is required, preferably in a healthcare background - Ability to work in rotational shifts and 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs - Two-way cab facility is available within the hiring zone for your convenience Thank you for considering this opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.
