*For freshers 25k ctc 22k in hand*

*Median Range: ₹3.5 – ₹3.75 LPA Max 29k to 30k in hand*

Designation / Band: Associate / AA

Minimum Education: Graduate with Degree Certificate

Experience: 0–24 months (Fresher to 2 years max*)

Communication Skills: Excellent English – Neutral Accent

Communication Skill Rating: > 7.5 on a 10-point scale
