We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Business Development Officer / International Sales Manager to expand our global footprint. This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new markets, managing key client relationships, and driving export sales growth. You will be joining a fast-growing coffee exporting company, renowned for its premium instant and ground coffee products. With a substantial monthly production capacity of 10,000MT, we serve diverse markets worldwide. As the Chief Business Development Officer/International Sales Manager, your primary objective will be to drive our global expansion. This pivotal role entails identifying new markets, nurturing essential client relationships, and accelerating export sales growth. Your responsibilities will include formulating and implementing effective international sales strategies, scouting potential distributors and importers, as well as managing bulk buyers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction by overseeing relationships with international partners. Additionally, your role will involve active participation in global trade fairs, virtual expos, and various B2B events. Collaboration with production and logistics teams will be essential to ensure client requirements are met. Market research and competitor analysis will also fall under your purview. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of international sales experience, with a profound understanding of export procedures and documentation. A track record of consistently meeting sales targets in global markets is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with a willingness to travel internationally. Prior experience in coffee, tea, or food & beverage exports is highly desired.
