Ltd. is hiring energetic and fluent English speakers for the position of Airline Reservation Sales Consultant in our Inbound Airline Voice Process (US Shift). This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or students (12th pass / pursuing graduation / graduates) who want to build a career in international travel sales and gain global exposure. Key Responsibilities: Handle 15-30 inbound calls daily from US-based customers. Assist clients with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings. Resolve queries courteously and efficiently Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings (no lead generation). Maintain customer satisfaction with a professional approach. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing any graduation course. Communication: Excellent English-speaking skills (mandatory). Shift: Comfortable working in Night Shifts (US Hours) Location Preference: Candidates from West Bengal, Kolkata, Bihar, or Jharkhand are encouraged to apply Salary & Incentives: Up to {20,000/month + unlimited incentives Performance-based incentives (no cap on earnings) Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing any graduation course.
