Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via voice calls for international Airbnb users (guests and hosts). Provide comprehensive support for various Airbnb-related topics, including bookings, reservations, account management, issue resolution, and general platform guidance. Assist users with troubleshooting common platform issues and navigating the Airbnb website/app. Resolve customer complaints and conflicts professionally and efficiently, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the system. Adhere to process guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) for quality and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary. Background & Skills: Any Graduate or Undergraduate degree. Minimum of 1 year of mandatory experience in an International Voice customer service process. Excellent English communication skills (verbal) with clarity, fluency, and a professional phone manner suitable for international customer interaction. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns effectively. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently. A customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering positive customer experiences. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs as per process requirements.
