Job Title: International Admissions Counselor

Location: Remote (Must be based in Chennai, India)

Our Canadian institution located in UAE, offers high-quality Canadian diploma programs to international students. As part of our global expansion, we are seeking a dedicated International Admissions Counselor based in Chennai to support student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the college’s programs to prospective students in India.
• Conduct virtual counseling sessions to explain program options, admissions procedures, and visa guidance.
• Assist applicants with document preparation, application submissions, and enrollment steps.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges, and educational agents in and around Chennai.
• Meet part-time student recruitment targets on a monthly basis.
• Provide timely and professional support to applicants to enhance the admissions experience.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Chennai, India.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or education consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Indian education market, particularly in Tamil Nadu.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with UAE or Canadian education systems is an asset (training will be provided).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with international admissions or visa consulting.
• Existing network with local educational institutions or agencies.
• Knowledge of tools like CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
