Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls and emails to promote our solar systems and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in BPO sales, preferably in the international market.
• Strong knowledge of solar systems and their benefits.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
