Job Title: Visual Designer (with Interest in UX) Location: Hyderabad (on site) Experience: Freshers Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Designer who is also interested in learning and contributing to User Experience (UX) Design . Freshers with a passion for design and creativity are welcome to apply. This role will primarily focus on creating engaging visual content for social media, internal communication, and presentations, while also providing an opportunity to grow in the field of UX design. Key Responsibilities: Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, Twitter. Design internal graphics for various purposes, including posters, banners, and marketing materials. Prepare professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and client use. Manage the companys social media channels , including content scheduling, posting, and engagement tracking. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns. Work closely with the UX team to learn and contribute to basic UX design tasks , such as creating wireframes or user interface elements. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality output. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma. Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements (e.g., Instagram post sizes, LinkedIn best practices). Basic understanding of design principles (typography, layout, colour theory, etc.). Interest in learning UX design and working on user-focused projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro). Experience with basic UX tools like Figma or Sketch. Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
