Internal Auditor

As an Internal Auditor at RFR & PLP, your primary responsibility will be to conduct pre-audit of all financial transactions recorded in the ERP system. You will ensure that all departments are adhering to the approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the Management. Validating procurement transactions to confirm the presence of Purchase Orders (POs), pre-approved quotes, and necessary agreements will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with validating all marketing expenditures against the approved budget and ensuring that all relevant agreements are in place. Conducting surprise checks on transactions with third parties and performing unannounced stock counts at warehouses will be crucial in identifying revenue leakages and detecting any unusual or abnormal financial or commercial transactions. It will be your responsibility to oversee the compliance with all Tax Laws in a timely manner and ensure that information technology rights are clearly defined and periodically reviewed, with a focus on maintaining an audit trail. You will also be expected to provide recommendations for cost optimization and savings opportunities. During the statutory audit conducted by PWC, you will provide assistance as required. Finally, you will be responsible for preparing a formal internal audit report covering all the aforementioned points, which will be presented to the AVP Finance and Founders. **Education**: - Qualified CA **Experience**: - Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a CA firm with exposure to Internal Audit, or in a corporate environment within an internal audit function. **Skills**: - Strong analytical thinking and data mining skills - Technical knowledge of Accounts, GST, and Income Tax **Exposure in Industry**: - Experience in E-commerce and Manufacturing sectors would be an added advantage.
