Internal Audit Executive

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the vouchering process, which involves verifying, processing, and reconciling invoices and expenses. Key Responsibilities: - Verify, code, and voucher vendor invoices accurately. - Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for validation. - Assist in month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations. - Maintain organized and accurate financial records and filing systems. - Support senior accountants with ad-hoc tasks and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Up to 2 years of experience in an accounting role; internships will be considered. - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and vouchering procedures. - High proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
