About the Role: As a UI/UX Design Intern at CashKaro, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive user interfaces and crafting elegant solutions for complex problems. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential in taking ownership from concept to execution in our fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing: You will be responsible for translating product ideas and briefs into clean, intuitive, and visually polished UI designs. Supporting the product and design team across fast-moving features and iterative cycles, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and design critiques. Your tasks will include creating high-fidelity mockups, Figma flows, wireframes, and UI assets, and iterating on designs quickly based on internal feedback, product goals, and user needs. What Were Looking For: We are seeking individuals with a strong eye for layout, color, spacing, typography, and user interaction. Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) is required, along with the ability to work at speed. Your curiosity about UX and a proactive, self-driven approach with strong communication and collaboration skills is valued. A portfolio showcasing academic or self-initiated projects reflecting clarity, creativity, and thoughtful design thinking is highly desirable. Preferred Background: We are particularly interested in connecting with students or recent graduates from top design institutes such as NID, NIFT, IIT (Design Departments), IIIT (Design Programs), MIT Institute of Design, or equivalent institutions with a strong focus on UI/UX.
