Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Competition Benchmarking: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors

in the higher education sector, focusing on Data, Technology, and Digital leadership

segments. Identify key market trends, strategies, and opportunities for growth.

  • Website: Review website content, UI/UX, and communications to ensure alignment

with the brand, products, and optimal user experience. Maintain a consistent,

intuitive, brand-appropriate experience across all user touchpoints.

  • Secondary Research: Perform comprehensive secondary research on the higher

education sector, including industry reports, market analysis, and academic

publications. Gather insights and data to support decision-making processes.

  • Data/Business Analysis: Analyze internal and external data to identify patterns,

trends, and opportunities for product growth. Generate actionable insights and

recommendations to improve product performance and customer experience.

  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with various teams, including product

managers, category heads, curriculum developers, website developers, and

marketing teams. Ensure smooth coordination for new program launches, curriculum

amendments, website updates, and marketing campaigns.

  • Marketing Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing marketing data to identify

customer preferences, behavior, and market trends. Provide insights to optimize

marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret

data effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in data analysis, market research, or product management is a plus.
