We are looking for a motivated and curious Product Management Intern. If you're excited about understanding users, analyzing market insights, and helping build meaningful products for researchers and academics around the world, this role is perfect for you.

Please note: The duration of internship is 3 months.

• Support the product team in idea generation, market research, and product planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, etc.) to help improve product features and user experiences.
• Assist in feature prioritization, sprint planning, and tracking progress of product enhancements.
• Learn to analyze user behavior, market trends, and engagement data to help uncover insights that influence product decisions.
• Contribute to user research-working on data related to user experience, feedback, and helping validate new ideas.
• Help run user engagement and retention initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking their performance.
• Be data-oriented: support the team with basic reporting, tracking product KPIs, and preparing presentations.

• A genuine interest in product management, technology, and solving real user problems.

• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to work with data (basic MS Excel & PowerPoint skills expected).

• Curiosity to learn tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms.

• Creative thinker with good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams.

• A proactive, learning-first mindset-someone who enjoys exploring ideas and continuously improving.
