Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intern Phlebotomist cum Receptionist located in Gurgaon. Daily responsibilities include blood sample collection, assisting with laboratory operations, handling front-desk activities, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also entails guiding patients through processes, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with medical and technical staff for seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Competency in Laboratory Skills and Blood Collection.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting practices.
• Understanding of Medicine relevant to diagnostics and patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist with patient interaction.
• Prior exposure or certification in healthcare or diagnostics is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
