Responsibilities

• Support the People Partner team with key projects and BAU's
• Help set up and improve HR processes
• Track team goals and keep project updates organized
• Review policies and suggest ways to make them clearer
• Conduct external benchmarking to bring in relevant industry practices.
• Must be familiar with designing user guides/product documents
• Responsible for research and analysis of zeta products
• Create and curate content based on requirements
• Deliver product training
  

Skills

• Interest in setting HR processes
• Good at organizing, communicating, and working with different people.
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Sheets, Docs, and basic project trackers.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Must have interest or passion in Learning and Development
• Fair understanding of Technology
• Excellent communication skills
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Should be proficient with G suite tools
• Masters/MBA degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or a related field is preferred
