Itobuz Technologies is seeking passionate and skilled IT Trainer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering structured IT training programs aimed at enhancing the technical skills of our interns. This role involves close collaboration with our Frontend and Backend development teams to deliver impactful, hands-on learning experiences aligned with current industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, manuals, and online resources tailored to the company's needs and evolving technologies. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops on topics such as full-stack development, software tools, system usage, and best practices in IT. Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; iterate based on outcomes. Collaboration: Coordinate with department heads and developers to understand technical training needs and customise modules accordingly. Documentation: Maintain accurate training records, intern progress reports, and feedback summaries for management review. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging tech trends and integrate them into course materials and delivery methods. Support & Mentorship: Provide continuous guidance and mentorship to interns, helping them apply their skills in real-time projects. Requirements: Education: BE / Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in IT Training are a plus. Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT training or a related role, with experience in full-stack development and conducting sessions for ~30 interns. Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; able to engage and motivate diverse learner groups. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and learner support.
