Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Dwarka Mor, Delhi
Type: Full-Time | Work from Office (WFO)
Duration: Minimum 3 months – Maximum 6 months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR to gain hands-on experience in real-time HR operations and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from various job portals and social media platforms
• Taking telephonic interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Handle follow-ups with candidates and maintain communication records

Requirements:

• Graduation completed or currently pursuing in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong interest in making a career in HR
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
