As an Intern at our company, you will be responsible for driving the following key areas: Role Overview: - Act as the bridge between operations, sales, and experience teams to ensure Elite customers receive white-glove service. - Break down customer experience and process flows into scalable, trackable initiatives. - Support in analyzing luxury car market trends, buyer insights, and competitor benchmarks. - Assist the team in designing customer journeys that focus on building trust and exclusivity. - Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas in workflows and propose innovative fixes. - Bring fresh perspectives, creative problem-solving, and data-backed insights to fuel Elites growth.
