Intern - Digital Marketing

Techgenyz, a digital media platform under Abhinava Innovations, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our on-site team in Kolkata. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to engage in various digital marketing functions, emphasizing WordPress CMS, website content management, and performance tracking through Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting social media activities, email marketing, and basic image editing tasks. As an ideal candidate, you may be a student or recent graduate looking to gain exposure to practical tools and strategies in digital marketing. During this internship, you will collaborate closely with our content, design, and marketing teams, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on your performance. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and updating website content utilizing WordPress CMS (Experience with Elementor is preferred). - Monitoring and presenting performance metrics via Google Analytics and Google Search Console. - Assisting in the planning and scheduling of social media posts and tracking engagement metrics. - Supporting email marketing campaigns, which may include newsletters and promotional emails. - Editing and preparing images for web and social media platforms using tools like Canva or Photoshop. - Implementing basic SEO best practices to enhance content visibility. - Participating in content planning, team discussions, and campaign execution. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in WordPress CMS, including familiarity with Elementor and SEO plugins. - Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console. - Understanding of social media marketing, email tools, and fundamental SEO concepts. - Experience with image editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Applications, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
