Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation and configuration of computer systems, printers, and networking equipment at client sites or internally.
• Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues under supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on systems and networks.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation for calls attended.
• Learn and follow safety and company procedures during on-site visits.
• Support in testing and quality checks for repaired equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand reported issues and provide updates.
• Assist senior engineers in executing projects or preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing or completed Diploma / B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for service calls if required.
